Terms and Conditions

We aim to process all booking requests within 24 hours, if the room you booked is not available we will do our best to find a similar option. Please read the booking terms & conditions before booking.

  2. To confirm a booking we must receive written confirmation, unless otherwise, the service is confirmed when the deposit is paid into our bank account. 
  3. If any service requested is then not available, you will be notified and suitable alternatives and their availability and price indicated

Cancellation Policy

  1. Booking cancelled between 30 to 90 days cancellation charge of 20% of reservation value shall be applied
  2. Booking cancelled between 15 to 30 days cancellation charge of 35% of reservation value shall be applied
  3. Booking cancelled between 7 to 14 days cancellation charge of 50% of reservation value shall be applied
  4. Booking cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation charge shall be applied
Loved the spacious rooms! The eerie sounds from the wilderness at night adds a thrill to the stay! Not to mention the beautiful bird songs in the morning! Wonderful!

Also, thumbs up to the customer service, especially the Maasai guides! Ask for Stereo and Petro! Make use of th fireplace for pre-bedtime stories with fellow travelers or Maasai guides, some of whom are conversant in English language.

We liked our stay at Mikumi Adventure Lodge during the recent Easter break. Our 3-year old son enjoyed the setting of the camp amidst woods. The safari was well-organised and we got see dozens of impala, wildebeast, giraffes, zebras, wild buffaloes not to mention Tembo- the elephants and Simba- the lions. The staff are very co-operative. The food, in particular if you like charcoal cooked chicken, is definitely a plus.

This place has great staff and the accommodation is good , the only and the most important issue one would face is the power supply which is not constant and goes off at early hours of the morning . If staying make sure you have a emergency light or a torch if waking up early for a Safari .The food choice is very limited , one has to make sure that the specifications of the order is made clear when ordering and the friendly staff are very accommodating with requests . Also advisable to carry some of your own packaged snacks .
